  • Accuracy of Materials: BN Jewelry strives for the highest accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, jewelry pieces may have natural variations in color, texture, and size of gemstones or metal finishes, which are not considered defects.
  • Gemstone and Metal Specifications: All carat weights, color, clarity, and metal purities are stated as accurately as possible. For natural gemstones, these specifications are often estimates within industry-standard tolerances. Certified stones will be accompanied by their relevant documentation.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, particularly due to fluctuations in metal and gemstone markets. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors discovered after an order is placed and will give you the option to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item is out of stock or requires manufacturing, we will notify you immediately with an estimated delivery timeline.

2. Orders, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are considered an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by BN Jewelry Store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, or fraud concerns.

BN Jewelry Store is not liable for any damage, loss, chipping, or breakage of Client-Supplied Materials during the design, setting, or repair process.
  • No Returns on Custom Orders: Due to their unique, bespoke nature, all Custom Orders are final sale and non-refundable.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping: We will ship your order to the address provided. You are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address.
  • Insurance: All shipments of jewelry are fully insured by BN Jewelry Store until the moment they are signed for by you or your authorized recipient.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (for uninsured/low-value items) or upon signature confirmation of delivery (for all insured/high-value items).
  • International Orders: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees applicable to your international shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

6. Limited Warranty and Care

Our liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product(s) at issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in-store displays, including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and custom jewelry designs created by BN Jewelry Store, is the property of BN Jewelry Store and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of this content without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Katy, Texas.
